Research suggests that fewer than 1 in 10 U.S. adults meet the markers for optimal cardiometabolic health. That does not mean everyone is sick. It does mean a lot of us are carrying some combination of stress, blood sugar swings, blood pressure concerns, low energy, extra weight, inflammation, or lifestyle strain that keeps us from feeling fully ourselves. So let’s talk about it in a way that feels human. We’re hosting this right on the heels of Hoopfest, so if you’re into it, bring us your stories.
