What would “better” look like in your life? More energy? Better sleep? Clearer thinking? More confidence in your body? Getting back in the game, improving your game, or simply having enough stability to show up well for the people and things that matter most? This month’s Healthy Social is all about metabolic reset: exploring simple, practical ways to move toward better metabolic stability and a healthier, more thriving life. Research suggests that fewer than 1 in 10 U.S. adults meet the markers for optimal cardiometabolic health. That does not mean everyone is sick. It does mean a lot of us are carrying some combination of stress, blood sugar swings, blood pressure concerns, low energy, extra weight, inflammation, or lifestyle strain that keeps us from feeling fully ourselves. So let’s talk about it in a way that feels human. We’re hosting this right on the heels of Hoopfest, so if you’re into it, bring us your stories. Would better metabolic stability help you get back in the game, improve your game, recover better, or just enjoy the weekend with more energy? Not a Hoopfest person? No worries. We still want to know: where would a metabolic reset help you “up your game” in real life? This is a family-friendly potluck gathering, so bring something healthy to share! Kids are welcome, and we’ll have a bounce house and yard games available so the whole family can enjoy an easy afternoon together. No judgment. No pressure. Just good food, good people, and honest conversation about what better could look like. **FUN and INFORMATIVE!! We'll have the InBody scanner up and running with free scans for everyone!** Exploring your health is a journey best done in community... bring a friend or someone that you want to bring along with you for the ride!
Let the host know if you can make it.
